Why do I have to enter my date of birth when entering the site?

I used to buy individual movies from your website before the switch to the subscription system. Can I still access them?
You can access all your previously purchased movies without a valid subscription. Once you log in as usual, you will find them in your library that will appear.
Purchased movies from Stoya, Implicit Blue and Werther have their own rules. If you are affected by these rules, you will receive an information mail from us.
To watch movies you did not buy, you need to subscribe.
How can I play a movie?
Movies can only be played with a valid subscription. Log in with your username and password and click on the respective movie. Without a valid subscription you can watch the trailers of the movies.
What does Content Warning mean?
Content Warning is given as soon as a film shows unusual or potentially triggering scenes. For example, this may involve blood, spraying or violence. The reason why a warning is issued for a film is clearly stated.

We offer subscriptions for 1 month (Friends with Benefits), for 6 months (Honemoon Phase) or for 1 year (Poly & Mono Lovestory). You can see them here.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, as long as a subscription is not cancelled, it will renew automatically.

Yes, you will receive an email reminder from us within the period in which you can cancel your subscription.

As long as you cancel your subscription within our cancellation period and the time period of your purchased subscription has expired, it will not be renewed automatically. Click here to do so.
How can I switch from one subscription model to another?
To switch from one subscription model to another, you need to cancel your current subscription in time and then buy the new one.

I no longer want my subscription.
We do not cancel subscriptions during their term. When you purchase, you are bound to the time period you have selected. However, you can cancel your subscription to stop it from renewing automatically. Pay attention to the cancellation periods listed above.

Althoughour subscriptions are for a certain period of time, they are debited on a monthly basis. With the annual subscription, however, you can choose between a monthly debit and a one-time annual debit. The price does not change.
