Paul Lazar treats topics such as sexuality, anxiety and confrontation of failures with a personal touch, which he largely explores through their development in social media.
Paul Lazar completed the Film Production programme offered by Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. As a filmmaker, his interests lie with the various characteristics of moving pictures and their ability to encompass several temporal spaces. His upcoming short film En mémoire d’une brève canicule (Heatwave) is currently supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec.
