Sex School Hub

Traditional sex education has been taboo for far too long. It is detached from real life and filled to the brim with misconceptions on what "normal" sex should look like, to the point that important information is mostly left out due to stigma. In many ways, traditional sex education leaves many of the most relevant questions unanswered.

Sex School's aim is to question the stigma to speaking about sex in a realistic and integrating manner. We want to de-mystify the decisive elements to healthier, more pleasurable sexualities no matter what identity or preference. To achieve these goals, we create films of explicit sex education that recreate sexual situations as they happen in real life and we guide viewers through the whole "picture" of a specific topic:

COMMUNICATION – Expressing our needs and wishes clearly and concisely.

CONSENT – Clearly setting our own boundaries and respecting others' boundaries.

SEXUAL HEALTH – We care for our bodies and make safer sex practises a habit.

IDENTITY – Unpacking the various layers of sexual identity of all people, accepting and respecting diversity.

SEX ‘HOW-TO’ MOVES – Pleasant and doable tips and tricks that show a realistic view of fun and timing. No more impractical manuals!

Director Poppy Sanchez:

Poppy is without doubt one of the most promising voices of the indie porn scene. A talented director, script writer and film editor, Poppy's work focuses on sexuality and derives from a strong feminine but also radically gentle perspective. This type of experience helped Poppy achieve her main objective of Sex School: creating aesthetically pleasing films that openly speak about real-life sex.

The Sex School Hub Team:

LINA BEMBE – Born in Mexico, Lina now works in a field ranging from mainstream to queer post porn tales. Recently, Lina shot her first own film "Ritual Waves", which debuted in October 2019 (also available on Arthouse Vienna). When she is not shooting or managing Sex School's communications and social media, Lina speaks on feminism, sexuality and porn – either in panels or online.

PARKER MARX – After just four years in the porn industry, Parker has already achieved a great reputation among renowned alternative and feminist filmmakers. His extensive personal BDSM experience eventually led him to work as a specialist in Berlin, where he developed his unique style, which he describes as "caring, with a touch of playful sadism". Professional, detail-oriented and reliable, we couldn't imagine Sex School without him.

SADIE LUNE – Artist, sex worker, parent and one of the most popular persons of the Berlin sex-positive community. For twenty years, Sadie has been working with topics such as intimacy, gender, sexuality, sex work, queer love, BDSM, fertility, radical upbringing, polyamory and more. Sadie is often asked to moderate workshops, to public speeches and coaching sessions on sexuality, BDSM and sex workers' rights. Her strong presence in these events comes from a place of empathy, humour and inclusion.

BISHOP BLACK – An experienced porn actor, performer, dancer and all-around charming personality, Bishop is one of the most prominent and versatile characters of the alternative porn scene. Bishop's work and his flowing, charismatic air yielded several distinctions and awards at international sex positivity festivals. As soon as his cheeky, infectious style comes to show, you just got to love Bishop!
