Adrineh Simonian, founder and CEO of Arthouse Vienna, exchanged her successful career as an opera singer for behind-the-camera work on porn sets. Adrineh is especially interested in exploring the emotionality and humanity in sexuality through aesthetic means and aims to re-define the world of pornography from a feminist and ethical perspective.
Grown up in Vienna with Armenian roots, Adrineh finished her piano and vocal studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and graduated from the Opera School at the Vienna Conservatory. She was engaged by various stages across Europe, including in Berlin, Vienna, Munich, Copenhagen and Toulouse. Since 2014, Adrineh Simonian is a byword for a humanistic and aesthetic approach to pornography.
