Antony Hickling (he/him) is an Anglo-French actor and filmmaker living in Paris. His films are characterized by religious symbolism and explicit, artistic sexual depictions. Antony's films have been shown at festivals around the world and have won numerous awards.

Antony Hickling (he/him) studied dramatic art at Manchester University and worked as an actor in the UK, then moved to France in 2004 to prepare for his masters and PhD in the performing arts, with a focus on queer theory. He later joined the CEFPF (European Centre of Film Production) in Paris. Since then, Antony Hickling has written and directed "Little Gay Boy", "One Deep Breath", "Where Horses go to Die", "Frig", "Down in Paris", and a documentary called "An Afternoon with Patrick Sarfati" in 2023. All of his films have been selected for numerous French and international festivals, and he has received several awards.
